Gail is a moron, she never did clarical work that would have insured we recived a bill and could pay our insurance on time. Several issues we had she did not give us an explanation for. She is a worthless piece of garbage and should not be in the position she is in. Insuring peoples lives is what she does but she has put us at risk several times. She should think about maybe taking a job as a waitress but she couldnt sell ice to freakin Eskimo.

I had insurance through her office for 3 years. They were always absolutely fantastic! Only reason I'm not insured through her specific office now is because I've recently moved to Florida. Although, not with her office anymore I am still insured through State Farm. Her office staff is phenomenal and ask for Tiffany! She's always super. These ladies won't let you down.

It is 3/21/16 and I have been trying to cancel my insurance(progressive) since 2/21/16 they have refused to call me back and cancel my policy dew to the fact that I filed a complaint with the corporate office the details in my complaint I was laughed at by the employee because I rented a car and my credit card provider covers the car but not medical and I just wanted to make sure my policy covered even in a rental. To be honest don't let Gail be your local office anyone else if you complain against her in any way she will come up with excuses to not return your money.

Not very good with getting in touch with customers. When I first showed interest in insurance plan I had to finally call them back to get a hold of them. Once actually getting on a plan they forget to call me back when I leave a voicemail and never respond when I email.

Gail, Windi and Christina have all been extremely helpful. They are very prompt in returning calls and explain the information very well. When we have gone to the office, we are seen quickly and are given as much time as needed to understand our policies.
