CPY is my home base when it comes to a power yoga practice. The sense of community here is incredibly welcoming and the teachers are phenomenal. Each teacher brings their knowledge and personality to the room and creates just the space one needs to sweat, flow, and let it go! I love this place and its founders so much, I came all the way down from Maryland to do their 200 hour Summer Intensive Yoga Teacher Training. Now, I am yoga teacher who not only can teach asana, but also has a well-rounded understanding of mindfulness, anatomy, the philosophy of yoga, and can safely practice hands-on assists. Very grateful for this community and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a workout or hopes to become a stellar yoga teacher!

An awesome studio to distress strengthen mind and body. All teachers are welcoming and friendly. Studio appeals to all yoga lovers who are beginners or advances. Check them out!

CPY is amazing! I've been going for over 4 months and there is tremendous difference between me now and the me when I started. Be prepared to sweat a lot! The atmosphere is amazing and you'll be so happy you went :)

I just started going here in March, but from the first class I was addicted (and I never have been one to be addicted to any form of fitness). The best part is the welcoming atmosphere and the "do what you can" attitude. There is no pressure to do every single pose and the instructors always mention other ways that poses can be done for different levels of practice!

Wow, what an incredible studio! I took this class for the first time on a Sunday under Mimi, I was immediately hooked! I have been nearly 3-6 times a week every day for the past 7 months! I admire every teacher and yogi at the studio. Thank you Charleston Power Yoga for being you!
