Staff are friendly and professional. Class is a little lackluster . Machines don't have data, and the instructions are a little willy-nilly. Can't hear what instructor is saying most of time, and music is too loud. AC could use a tune-up as well. Overall, seems like instructors don't put a lot of thought into class. You spend most of the time in 3rd position, but sprinting instead of climbing. There are very few sprint or fast songs in the line-up. And there is no real theme to each song/class in terms of the work-out. Its always, "start in sprint, get up to 3rd, now go front-back-side-to-side."

Fun upbeat instructor. The music was loud but the sound was off (maybe the bass or the way the room absorbed noise) so you could barely hear what the actual songs were, but instead just blaring noise. I prefer bikes that have stats, especially when they have the stats posted so you can compete with other riders.

This thread sucks. Birth control threads suck. disappointed by the customer service and "email response. I expected from you losers" I purchased a Groupon ... only to be told it was worthless. Apparently because I purchased "I ONE TRIAL" I am a complete idiot and have become ineligible for any Groupon EVER in the future. Try it "for free" if you wish and pray so hard to you buy it.... LOL good luck with the hype. Wish I could rate zero stars instead of 1 like all charleston is reconebdkubg

My new obsession. Teachers are super motivating and encouraging. Workouts are a blast. Having the shoes for rent was nice when I started out to be sure you liked it before the commitment. Will probably look into buying my own. Abby, the studio manager, was SUPER helpful with my boyfriend who wanted to purchase a birthday gift for me so that was even more exciting. You should go you wont regret it!
