A dedicated teacher in an elegantly decorated studio. Debra has walked me through poses that I didn't think I could have done. Early morning quiet hours at this studio is the best way to start the weekend or to finish a hectic day. Highly recommended.

Iyengar yoga Charleston is the best studio in the area. Debra is an outstanding teacher with significant years of teaching experience. We are so lucky to have this studio in CHS.
