After moving to Charleston, SC I wanted to find a new gym near my place in James Island. After suggestions from my friends I tried group classes at Premier Fitness. They seem to have the most knowledgeable, caring, considerate staff I have ever encountered! I also tried some one on one personal training as well! I highly recommend this gym to anyone new to the area or new to fitness – they will take great care of you!

Great team to work with. I have been going there for a couple of years and John has help me get my energy back so I can keep up with my kids. Defiantly worth while. He takes the time to explain nutrition and daily habits as well as core workouts.
