The entire staff here is wonderful and the therapists go above and beyond to help your child reach their goals. We are so proud of all the progress our child has made receiving PT/OT and Speech therapy here!

Our 3 year old has been going here for the last year. He loves it and the staff have been friendly and effective...he's made great strides since he started coming. Megan and Jen are fantastic!

Both my son and daughter attended the North Charleston location for speech. I saw first hand the results. I was told what to expect and given things to work on with them at home. We had to move in the middle of my daughter's therapy, so she is still in the progress of her therapy. However, others and I have noticed a huge difference before she started and now. My daughter can be difficult to work with at times and the speech therapist found ways of reward/punishment that were creative that my child responded to well. For example, when my daughter didn't want to participate in a session, the therapist found ways to play with her and incorporate speech into their time. This made it so my daughter was unaware that she was actually getting help with speech. The therapist work well together. If one is unable to make an appointment (rare) then they will reschedule or have someone else fill in.

My daughter still receives speech therapy as well as occupational therapy at their North Charleston location. All of the employees have been so kind and helpful! They have so much to offer, as far as supplies and tools to help the children succeed!
I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about when they said the employees were racist. Charleston Pediatric Rehabilitation has some employees that are bilingual and they see children of all races and disabilities.
One instance of bad communication should not be cause enough to call them racist.

If you love your child and want him/her get better then find another office. Charleston Pediatric Rehab is unprofessional and racist. They made all kind of nonsense excuses not to treat my autistic daughter just because her mom has an accent. I tried to set up a Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment for my autistic daughter with West Ashley office. I verified that they indeed had an after-school appointment for PT. The pediatrician office made a referral, I verified it with them as well. Charleston Pediatric Rehab never called me to set up an PT appointment. A week later I called Charleston Pediatric Rehab and was told that nobody was in the office, but they took a message and promised to call me back. A week later I called them again. I was told that there no after school appointment are available, that they don't have a doctor's referral, that their phones malfunction all the time, that their office system malfunctions all the time, that they have a lot of changes. In other words all kinds of nonsense. Then I remembered that my daughter had been referred to the Charleston Pediatric Rehab about 7 years ago for speech therapy. Some lady did an evaluation and recommended speech therapy every other week, and again they didn't have any after school appointments available. I took my daughter to another rehabilitation center. My daughter's speech needs were so great that she still gets speech therapy twice a week. Not twice a month like Charleston Pediatric Rehab recommended. So, if you love your child then take him/her elsewhere, unless you are not minority.
