I always enjoy myself whenever I go to Bubba Gump . I definitely would recommend my friends and family to dine there. I've only been twice and it's been wonderful both time. Thanks to the staff at Bubba Gump for wonderful food and great service ! ! !

Getting seating inside was fast and painless, the only painless part of the visit. It went rapidly downhill from there. 20 minutes to get a garlic bread appetizer that consisted of two slices. It was then another 40 minutes to get our food, which wasn't remotely close to warm. When it was time to leave, we had to put the red sign "Stop Forrest "stop" sign into play, which it then took 15 minutes for our waiter to come to our table. Obviously poor management is rampant in the business, no control in the kitchen to get food out hot, and a complete breakdown of communication between leadership and employees. We will not be going back to this location, and highly suggest that future patrons look at other options for dining.

Food was overpriced for the portions. Most of the menu consisted of fried items exceeding 20 dollars that could easily match the cheapest of fried food joints. Absolutely not worth eating here for the food alone. Service was not helpful either. The only thing that makes this place different is the atmosphere, which isn't enough to make it worthwhile. Without the "Bubba Gump" name, it would be absolutely useless. If you are in Charleston avoid this restaurant, it will save you from wasting your time and money.

By its location, you would think that a place this big and busy would have bad service. That is NOT the case. I was astonished by how well staffed this place really is. It only took a few minutes to be seated with all the customers already being there. The staff are quick to take your order. The menu items are delicious, if not a bit pricey. If you eat here, you will not regret it.

This was my very first visit with my family and had a great time and a wonderful experience. The interior was fantastic in every way, all off the decoration brought back the Forest Gump feeling. There are many options of meals for everyone to choose, and they are reasonably priced. We liked that the place was very family friendly and payed attention to their needs as well. The waiters were nice and worked in an organized way. The waiting time for the service was a tiny bit longer than expected, but there was no problem. The sign system at the table worked really well. I would recommend it for everyone looking for a nice meal in a good environment.
