One thing I can truly say that every time I order at Bucks, the pizza is nice and fresh and ready on time! This weekend was a great experience because I needed pizza for 40 kids at my church and my cousin Brandy and her staff made sure that we were well taken care of and all of the kids were very satisfied! Thanks again and I pray that God continues to bless you in everything you do!

Me and my family have ordered from this location 7 times in two weeks. I haven't had bucks pizza in a very long time and way back it sucked. Now bucks is about the best pizza place by far. Orders sometimes take a little while but still pretty warm and still great. I love the selections on the menu now. Everyone can enjoy something for dinner from one place. I'm very impressed. Keep up the great work.

I have ordered about a half a dozen pizzas here and this is what I’ve experienced.
No consistency. Bucks bakers on 1660 Sam Rittenberg Blvd don’t cook by any standard. Doneness of Pizza is different every time I’ve ordered there; usually you get undercooked dough though. Mozzarella cheese when baked properly should have spots of light golden brown on top; not Bucks; what you get is a semi melted white gob on top. Ordered extras mushrooms and what I got was a pile of mushrooms in the center of the pizza. They actually charge for extra sauce ($1.00) I can buy a quart of pizza sauce for a dollar at the grocery store but what you get at Bucks amounts to a extra spoonful at best. I raised this point with the Baker and she told me I should order triple sauce next time. My opinion: poor quality, poor customer service and a attitude of “if you don’t like it go somewhere else”.

The food is always good but I "pick up". 80% of the time they mess up on the phone but they always give me free cookies, the macadamia nut cookie is the best, for their mess up. They are the best tasting pizza in the area and they get more orders than they can deliver hot. Take that into consideration and the pizza tastes even better after you put it in the toaster oven for about 3 minutes. I love all of the people who work there and they do the best they can with the small area they work in. I bet if they could get the space next door and get more ovens and more delivery drivers these reviews would all be 5 stars. They are good but need more ovens and delivery drivers for the demand of a growing population. Just be aware that your order may take longer if you get delivery because of the amount of food being ordered by everyone else and the traffic congestion in the area! They are good! The managers have a lot of people yelling at them because delivery but you must realize that the area has more traffic and it just takes longer to get your food. My pizza is always like warm right out of their oven but I toaster oven it and it's the best tasting pizza ever.
