Placed an order online at the "To Go" location on Magwood. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, my order for some reason did not go thru. Not upset because technology issues happen. What I am so impressed with is the the lady at the counter was more concerned with getting my order going and keeping me happy. She said, "We will worry about the issue once we get your food going...She was so accommodating...Service here is off the charts. By the way, the Philly cheesesteak and homemade chips are crazy good. All the way around this place is so good. Thank you for the great service....

If you are ever in Charleston and need a place to watch Penn State Nittany Lions or Philadelphia Eagles football, this is the place. Great wings and shrimp! Nice atmosphere, interactive crowd, and great staff!

I love the old license plates they use as decor. Also their salads are huge and delicious.

My family and I came here on 9/15/2017 because I had a coupon for the restaurant for the wings... However the heavyset cashier who took the order was very rude... mind you I have worked as a server so I know good customer service and bad customer service when I see it!!!! Okay so we ordered drinks with our wings and she left the drinks on counters so we thought it was self serving so we grabbed our drinks and sat down... did I mention that my 8 yr old daughter was with us to witness the horrible service!!! However, a couple of a different race came in behind us and the same heavyset cashier was so nice to them letting them sample the food even the manager came from the back and was giving them great customer services... okay so we're sitting down waiting on our food and the same couple that came in behind us sat down to wait also, they got their food less than five minutes later now did I mention we order before them???? We are Still waiting and the second part of that same couple that came in behind us food came out before ours did... oh yeah we're still waiting!!!! However once our food came out we were just about done with our drinks because we had to wait so long ... Not one time did the manager or the cashier refilled our drinks... they came to the same couple table several times with refilled drinks!!! And even went to another table and gave Togo boxes, refill drinks, and gave good customer service!!! At this time my drink was empty and so was my fiance drink!!!! I had to stop the manager and ask for a refill which took him a good ten minutes to come back with two drinks!!! What a shame!!!! Now we are finishing up and one of the family's are leaving out and the manager runs to the counter just to tell them have a good evening!!! So we waited a few minutes after and I told my fiance to slow down to see if they were going to greet us upon leaving mind you my fiance is beyond pissed off with the service and he was just ready to go!!! No one greeted us or looked our direction!! I will never go back here!!! 🤔🤔👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Great service. We sat outside. Beautiful day, had a drink. Husband had a beer. I ate a giant, delicious burger and he had wings. Good Saturday afternoon. If you want just what I described, this is the place. If you have more than a burger or wings, better go elsewhere, though. We love this place.
