Amazing food and the atmosphere had something for everyone. From the cool distillery to the store next door to the large outdoor patio, we didn't want to leave... definitely one of my new favorites in Charleston!!

My husband, friend and I just had dinner here and it was simply amazing! This was our first visit and we are thoroughly impressed. The food is so rich with flavor I highly recommend their Salt Chicken, and their Burger & Fries! 5 stars for Edmund's Oast.

Really cool restaurant in downtown Charleston. Great outdoor seating with lots of room. Craft cocktails and a good beer and wine selection. Next door is their "Exchange", which is their beer and wine store. The exchange has everything you could want for beer am wine, from local to international. Haven't tried the food yet, maybe next visit.

I enjoyed dinner at the chef's table, watching a cook Brett prepare dishes. His attention to detail was intense. After watching him prepare a bite of sliced pear with cheese, walnuts and water chestnut he served it to me and welcomed me. It was fascinating, it seemed like I was getting each day ingredient sequentially as I chewed it. For dinner I enjoyed the hanger steak, it was grilled to a perfect medium rare. On the side there were potato cakes, a mixed salad of sweet corn, tasty tomatoes and various peas and beans. Sarah took great care of me, it was a very pleasant dinner. I will be back the next time I'm in town.

In one word: amazing. In several words: One of the best meals of you in a while. We came for the excellent beer selection and it did not disappoint. The carefully curated menu was impressive and delicious. Food was also amazing. It was thoughtfully prepared and perfectly edited and frankly I wish I could've eaten everything on the menu that night. We started with the charcuterie and cheese plate is fantastic and included house made duck sausage that was perfectly seasoned. In fact, we love the mail so much that we canceled our other brunch plans and came here again the following day to try their different but equally impressive brunch menu. The staff was even so kind as to save us a piece of the desert that we wished we had room for the night before when we came back for next day. It was a classy move and also meant that we did get a chance to try the pastry chefs' amazing chocolate peanut butter bars that were nothing short of heaven. Thanks again for a great evening and only wish we lived a little bit closer ;)
