We love this place and have been going for years - great quality & variety of sushi, pleasant atmosphere, kind staff from the servers to the chefs and the attentive manager. The only things keeping me from giving it 5 stars are the paper napkins and plastic water cups. Real linens and glassware, please! :) :) :)

I was really surprised after eating here because the ratings were good but the food was not. Our waitress barely spoke English, so that was a little difficult, especially when I had ordered the “baked salmon roll” and the salmon came out totally raw. She attempted to explain that it was flash fried, and to that I replied “but it said baked? “ she then took it back to flash fry it more, after that I gave up on getting any satisfaction from this meal. Also, the miso soup had a weird taste, didn’t taste like normal miso soup tastes. THe only good thing was the salad. Do not eat here!

This has become one of our favorite restaurant's in Charleston! The food is phenomenal, and the prices are great. The atmosphere is lovely, and the people that work here are the nicest! Love it!

My friends and I eat a lot. Potentially to the point where we need to seek help but it's totally worth it. The lunch specials are crazy good and cheap! Service staff is great; hibachi chefs are entertaining and the sushi is among the best in Charleston. It's a great little place away from downtown and I always bring out of town guests here
