Loved it. The food came out perfect and the waitress was very nice and on point. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. The one star reviews are ridiculous.

Nice environment. Great location. Took WAY to long for food to arrive at our table. No apologies, no explanation. Had to ask about the status of our order - which came out over an hour after we sat down. Food was mediocre at best. Gator tail is hype - don’t order it. Won’t be going back.

We loved our time. Food was amazing. First time for fried green tomatoes and crab cakes. Really good. Bartender gave us the heads-up about the deal of the day and the shrimp were lovely. Would recommend this place to any of our friends who would head to South Carolina.

We stopped in for lunch on a very hot day in Charleston. There was no air conditioning, so needless to say it was very hot inside. The staff did turn a fan toward our party which made it bearable. The waitress was a little slow even though the restaurant was not packed. Several people at our table did not have silverware we had to ask several times before we received it. Our food actually came out before the silverware and we had to ask again. Our water glasses were not refilled until we asked. Service was very poor. As far as the food goes it was average. Nothing spectacular.

The waitresses were friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered shrimp & grits and it was the best I've ever had. The collard greens were a nice change for a side and they were also delicious. We left there full but hoping to go back again sometime.
