Worst service. Order one thing and got something totally different and they said oh well and d idnt fix the issue. Will not ever order from them again nor would recommend them to anyone in west ashley. Very disappointed!!!!

Food tasted good. Both orders were wrong though. I ordered shimp mei fun and was given combination mei fun, which wasn't a big deal to me but my friend ordered veg. fried rice with no egg or onion because he's allergic and it had both in it. They did come back and deliver the right order though. That was good.

The worst place to order food from. Have been waiting over an hour, called them they said oh yeah it's our fault, we will get it out right now. 1 hour later called again, to the "oh he is out delivering to you now" talk. Lessened learned.... never go here again. Not to forget the lady on the phone taking my call was the rudest person. You would think after waiting almost 2 plus hours they would offer some kinda discount or coupon for next time. Guess customer service is not what they care about.

We called and placed an order for delivery instead of pick up and tipped 20% over the phone and 40 minutes we called back and we were informed they were super busy, "just wait and have patience." Then they said we are now making your food and it should be there soon. Food has been decent but the response takes so much away. There are several other places in West Ashley for delivery that are worth your money and will deliver in a more timely manner. Currently at 67 minutes and no food. Glad they're busy but have some courtesy when you address your paying costumers.

Stayed open during hurricane Irma, big points for doing so! They were busy too, with only about 3 people working, & I got my food fast, was very grateful.
