This place has amazing southern food, the bowl of bog is splendid, and the Collard greens are wonderful, the place is clean and the waitstaff are very friendly, I will bs back here next time I visit Charleston.

The food here is GREAT, really on point. (See photos). If you order anything, try the Buffalo Shrimp, fried. That being said, some service would be nice. On average, we'll spend anywhere from 10-30 minutes looking for our waiter or waitress, with no luck trying to flag them down.

Also, parking is atrocious. I don't know how they have so many people here when the parking lot has about 8 spaces.

What's keeping me coming back is the food, it's REALLY good. Almost worth the wait, but I might look elsewhere if service stays the same.

BF and I went out for brunch, we were told that this place was amazing and we had been for lunch before - so naturally we were pretty excited. We had to wait for forty five minutes for a table, which was no big deal. That's the typical wait for a table in Charleston for brunch. Once we were sat, the service was quick and our server was friendly, but the bar was backed up so we didn't get our drinks until about 15 minutes later. My boyfriend ordered the seasonal eggs benny and I ordered the seasonal French toast. Our server told us it that the French toast was stuffed with a blueberry compote and tempura fried. Translation: it was a deep friend blueberry sandwich. Great for fair food, but not for 14 dollars at a popular brunch spot. It was just bread deep fried with what honestly tasted like jam. Just, smashed blueberries. Not a compote. The eggs Benedict was their "creole" special, which was just a normal eggs Benedict with smoked sausage as the protein. Not impressed. The mimosa was good though - atmosphere was fine. Good music. Probably won't be returning for brunch.

One of my favorite places for brunch and happy hour. Great prices and chill atmosphere. It gets a little loud at times but what bar doesn't?

Lively bar and restaurant feel. Nice porch if it's not too hot. Our server was friendly. We got $3 margaritas on Wednesday. The chicken + pancake was a cooler concept than actually tasty dish. It was good not great. The fries were great though. The snapper was fresh and delicious.
