This place has the worst drive thru line I have ever been in. I personally know from experience it has been bad for at least 7 years. The wait is too long & they rarely get your order correct. If their Frosty Machine was down as much as McDonald’s Ice cream machine I would never go through the hassle of eating there.

I frequent Wendy's in Mt Pleasant about once a month since they are close to work, but that's not the only reason. The ladies there are incredibly sweet. My order is always right and they don't treat me like I'm bothering them. I felt like you needed to know that you are appreciated. You guys are giving Chic Fila a run for their money. Great job!

An employee named Alexandria went above and beyond to allow my family to dine inside despite closing the doors at 10pm. Although we delayed her from cleaning tables, she still continued to be cheerful, happy, and hard working. She even walked out from behind the counter to serve our additional orders.
This was my first time dining at this franchise and have never met her in my life, since I am from NJ and this location is in SC.
Alexandria provided A+ customer service and managers, owners, co-workers, and corporate should note her great qualities and attributes.
I do not prefer to eat fast food, but she made me a happy customer so Wendy's will receive my service again.
Please acknowledge her with the minimum reward of a "thank you, keep up the great work."

Food was good. Service was fast. Just wished I would have gotten my receipt to see if they charged me for the sauce I did not receive. Sweet tea is also not sweet enough for this being the birthplace of sweet tea lol.
Okay I visited a second time... 0 stars. I waited 10 minutes before my order even got taken. All I got was a value menu. Took them 29 minutes to make. They left the window open so I could hear that the man had skipped on making my sandwich. So by the time he finally made it my fries were given to me cold. I would have just gotten a refund, but no one was actually at the window. Just left it open. I would also contact the manager but they did not hand me a recipe with contact information. So frustrating
