I bought a voucher on groupon for a deep tissue massage. I tried calling them several times and left several messages. At one point someone picked up and I gave them my information thinking they were setting me up with an appointment but at the end she asked if she could me back and the ASKED FOR ALL OF MY INFORMATION AGAIN! I was never called back after several days. I finally contacted groupon and asked for my money back. HORRIBLE service. HORRIBLE business.

I am really surprised to read the negative reviews. I only went in as a patient for acne and rosacea. I paid full price and went in regularly or consistently. I had great results and I would recommend Dr. Chen to anyone who wants to results for their skin. He takes a scientific approach and if you stick with his treatments and products, you will see a major difference in your skin and its appearance.

DON'T Do It!! I bought laser,5 treatments, only honored 3. Whined about not making money. The 3 treatments he did do didn't work. The hair keeps growing. He promised if I bought more treatments at regular price, it would work. Absolutely not, should be ashamed to run a business like this! Go somewhere else that has a better reputation.

I have been a loyal customer since 1997. He has improved and repair skin conditions for a fraction of the cost with other physicians. I have recommended his services throughout the years and everyone has been more than satisfied. TRULY KNOWLEDGEABLE
