I'm always impressed with the service and attention to detail. I have short hair so I always pay a pretty penny to make sure it looks girly and natural. (I cannot ponytail four inches of bad hair and color.) Jamie is the best colorist that I have been to in years and really takes the time to listen to the style that I want. My sister and mom recommend Bridgitte and Amy. Amy completed a classic yet fun cut for my mom when her hair came back after chemo treatments. She looked Fantastic!!! Thoroughly recommend getting to know your stylist at the king street location. They are a great group!

Just after arriving in Charleston for a long-weekend work event, I discovered that I had a bad cystic break-out coming on. I called Stella-Nova, used a credit card to purchase my preferred skin care product (Fresh Umbrian Clay Face Treatment), and by 5 p.m. a Stella-Nova associate had delivered my order -- for free -- to my downtown Charleston hotel. Many thanks to Stella-Nova for their solid product lines and excellent service!!

They give horrible hair cuts!!! I treated my Dad to a hair cut there and the stylist in Summerville, Nicci chopped his hair.Fantastic sams would of done better! It is way overpriced. And they ARE NOT PROFFESSIONAL! They talk on the phone while with clients and gossip bad about their clients. I overheard them.Dont waste your time or money here!!!!

I went to Stella Nova because their name has a good reputation. I came home and noticed my hair was uneven on both sides and the back cut at an off angle. I went back to fix it and when I came home I noticed still uneven. I would recommend finding out more about individual stylist instead of just trusting the "name". For the "name" and price you should not be disappointed.
