I called the MomSpa four times and left messages to try to book an appointment and see if they could work with me with a predicament I had with an expired gift card. I left numerous voicemails and also spoke with an associate who promised a return call from the manager Christy the following day. I can’t get anyone to call me back. I had a gift card that was given me to me that I wanted to use while they were running a recent promotion. Because of a tough year with a death in the family and multiple surgeries for both my husband and I, I was unable to use the card before it expired. In my messages, I detailed the issues I’ve had and asked if they were able to extend a grace period and book an appointment before the promotional code expired. Needless to say, that period has ended and apparently my business means nothing to them as I was never called back. Is this the way a professional business is run? I certainly don’t think so and if it is, it is not a business I want to frequent anytime in the near future. I will be sure to tell others that I do not recommend MomSpa. If you are looking for a business that values their clientele and cares about customer service, do not go here. I have heard other stories about the way they treat customers, the lack of attention and greediness. Fair warning to those out there considering using this place!!!

I'm not pregnant but went here as mother of pregnant daughter. I had two wonderful massages. And must say the massage with reflexology by Christy was the best massage I'd ever had! And I've had lots. Well done. Highly recommended!

I hate to write this review because I LOVE Beth as a masseuse but the facial I got was another story! I wish I was able to post a photo here because they BURNT my face. I have a dime sized circle on my cheek that is MISSING skin. My tech offered a quick pass with microdermabrasion wand to my age spot. She spent way too long on it (but I didn't know, it was my first time with the wand) and she took off the layers of my skin. Its red, puffy and itchy. I cannot put anything on it without it stinging yet I have to clean it often and use sunscreen or it will get infected or SCAR. When I called them and went it I got this response "well I thought by your description it would look worse, here is some cream samples". No offers for refunds for my ruined facial and MISSING skin. So disappointed and sad that I just walked out without a fuss.

Over the past year I can honestly say that Leah (Manager) and Brooke (Esthetician) have transformed my skin and the way I care for it. I have some pretty severe adult acne conditions and scars from the cysts it brings along, but the way my skin looks today compared with last year? Words cannot fully describe, I wish I could show you! I used to have at least 5-10 cysts at any given time and twice that when I was hormonal. Now I only have one or two small cysts when I am hormonal, and the scars have faded away to the point where I can just wear a light tinted moisturizer and no makeup. I have been wishing I could go without makeup for about 10 years, ya'll. This is such a big deal to me!

Brooke is so professional and knowledgeable and gives a wonderful facial and face massage! She has a great deal of experience and she is a total pro at waxing, too!

Leah, at the front desk, knows everything there is to know about the Dermalogica (awesome product- the best) and can help you find whatever you need to start getting your skincare regime on the right track- trust me, it is worth it. I have tried for so long to get my skin under control but nothing has worked like the Dermalogica systems have.

I cannot recommend the team at the Mom Spa enough! 5 Stars all the way!
