WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR MY GUEST. CALLED THIS COMPANY TO PICK UP SOMEONE FROM OUR RESORT. THE GUY WHO ANSWERED SAID HE COULD BE HERE IN 8-9 MINS. 20MINS LATER NO ONE SHOWED SO GUEST TOOK AN UBER...NEEDLESS TO SAY THE CAB NEVER CAME. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! IF YOU NEED A CAB NEXT YEAR, CALL THEM YESTERDAY.

I scheduled a ride to go the airport in the next day. I call the guy because he is late. He answer the phone and just say he is not showing up because he double shift last night, he is sleeping and that is it. Extremely irresponsible. I will never use him again.

This is a ripp off! After Hwy 41 Carl automatically charges $15. I came from St. Francis Hospital with a friend with serious injuries. Went 2 miles. One stop at Exxon. Charged $17!. I called him. He agrees with his fee! Is there no soul with people! My goodness, I was at the ER! Have a soul, heart Carl!
My advice, stay away from Carl! He don't care.

That out of state plate means it's a illegal cab. If you don't see a white plate with the first 2 letters being LS or TX it's not a cab. Carl got banned from all military bases for doing the same stunt. Sending a person in their personal vehicle to pick people up. There's also been a lot of females complaints on his pervert ass acting inappropriate around them. Ask him why he won't and can't get all business license in the city or north chas. To do so means getting a chaffers license, which requires a SLED background check which he won't pass. That's why he works Mt pleasant they don't require any of that stuff. On the bright side he has the best pain killers you can ever buy.

We had a dangerous cab experience last night with these people. 16 of us piled into one of their vans. We drove a few minutes before we realized they wanted $11 a head, which of course amounts to $176 dollars for a 15 minute cab ride..
The driver was an unfortunate looking woman who didn't want to have a conversation about a fair rate, so she put me on the phone with "Crazy" Carl. Pretty sure this guy actually suffers from some form of mental illness, and is highly unprofessional at the least. The guy barely engaged me over the phone before telling his driver to pull the car over and let us out.. so this looney-tune stops the van in the middle of a busy street, turns off the car and tells everyone to get out.
Unprofessional, dangerous and supremely odd.
