Rental unit was dirty on arival, had roaches in the cupboards ans also rodents that ate part of our fruit and got into the pet food.
Mark refused to refund the money for the days we could not spend there. Be aware if renting through Airbnb or VRBO.

Do not rent from mark. Over prices his units. Fails to respond to maintence requests (our window had mold and open areas that he would not fix after several months of maintence requests). Will take advantage of your security deposit. Also will appear in your apartment without notice. Utilities are also extremely high despite his claims of it being energy efficient.

Great house in a great neighborhood. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a long weekend in downtown Charleston. Lots of local restaurants and coffee shops within very short walking distance. King Street is just around the corner.
