Just excellent. Very rich food and delicious, sweet Chardonnay. Chef made me chicken Alfredo even though it’s not on menu. Will be returning.

My wife and I were seeking somewhere different and special to dine for our 40th Anniversary. We were not aware of Fiamma, only what we read through searching for a special place. So....we traveled an hour down 77. The dining experience was SPECIAL. The food was exceptional as well as the professional and attentive service staff. We hit gold! We look forward to our next visit.

June and Yoshi are the two best waiters in Charlotte, hands down. There is no better homemade Italian food in the Southeast than at Fiamma. Great specials every night but you can't go wrong with any pasta from the menu.

I had never heard of Fiamma despite being a Charlotte Native. A friend suggested we meet there for dinner one night because in her opinion it is the best Italian food in Charlotte. I TOTALLY agree. Everything from the service, food, and atmosphere was perfect. Everything was so good I forgot to take any pictures except for the reasonable priced wine!

Phenomenal food and even more phenomenal service. Our waiter, Fabrizio, deserves some kind of award. I haven't met a server with this knowledge of the food in years.
