Avoid this place at all costs. The staff was extremely rude and knew nothing about wine. A male staff member used horrible profanity and cussed a group of customers. It was an unbelievably bad experience.

Quite possibly the best wine spot in Charlotte. Right on the rail. Easy going atmosphere and fantastic customer service. Don't be a vin loser. Be a bin master

Perfect for being able to relax and enjoy the company you are with. Great daily specials. Ambiance allows you to talk easily with who you came with and plenty of variety with beer, wine and snacks.

I happened to be in Charlotte and stopped in at Vin Master one afternoon. It's a fun and friendly place to enjoy a glass of wine in casual comfort. They have a wonderful selection of wines at good prices for sampling or taking home. Rochelle picked the perfect wine for me - she goes for what pleases the customer's palate and their budget. I love that they have special events like 1/2 price glasses on Wednesdays, Thursday tastings, and live music every Saturday evening. Next time I'm in Charlotte you know I'll be back! Sue S.
