Good idea but terrible execution and location.
Great idea to have a full course meal while watching a movie in a movie theater but I think the execution is off. You have waiters and waitresses taking orders from guest before the movie starts which is ok but it carries on even while the movie is playing. If it's not the servers standing blocking the view of the movie, you have load talking and the bright tablets from which the guest are ordering from that causes a big distraction. The servers are constantly walking up and down the stairs bringing in food and blocking the view.
The location of the theater is also terrible. If you plan on going to a night showing on a weekend you have to worry about the night clubs surrounding the theater. I could hear music beating against the walls from the different clubs. Not to mention the theater lobby itself turns into a night club after a certain time.

Great spot to hit if you're in the uptown area. Clean and great staff. They have some challenges with getting the food to you hot. Each time I have been there it's the same practice, cold food. I have brought it to the managers attention twice but no change in service noted. Even the popcorn is cold. I would suggest eating before you go, there are great restaurants in the area close by... I will return but will eat elsewhere...

I tried to go here 2-3 times but wasn’t allowed in without a collared shirt. Really? I mean these visits happened to be while I was in the Epicenter and made a last minute decision to catch a movie. I don’t prepare for a dress code for an afternoon flick. When I finally got in the atmosphere was cool, the seats were comfy, and you can bring in drinks which is a definite plus. Of course parking is a pain and costs. All in all, it’s too much of a hassle to catch a movie. I’ll go elsewhere at a place that makes it easier.

Excellent concept, horrible execution. The theatre is set up in an excellent manner with very comfortable seating. the American fare menu could have been really good. on the way into the theatre I stopped by the restroom ( so I wouldn't have to get up during the show), It was exactly as a previous review post had described it, very dirty; (it didn't appear that they had cleaned from the day before, much less the show before).
We arrived 20 minutes early as advised for a show starting at 8:00pm and was asked to wait until 7:45, (why ask us to be there early just to have us wait?). Once seated we (my wife, daughter and myself) viewed their menu and decided on appetizers since we were going to be there about two hours and should have plenty of time. We pressed our button and a few minutes later a server arrived and took our order ( pretzel bites, cheesy fries, wings and soft drinks) and also took our credit card info to start a tab, time 7:55. We waited and watched as other people who had arrived after we had placed our order were receiving their food and finally pressed our button again; once the server arrived we asked where our food was and about five minutes later it arrived COLD (cheesy fries, wings and soft pretzel bites should never be served cold) but not the drinks (should have clarified when asking where our food was that we also wanted the drinks we ordered), time 8:25. About ten minutes goes by and a runner brings us drinks and I am sure you will be surprised to hear that they were actually someone else's drinks, ( so now two sets of customers are dissatisfied). We decided that at this rate if we were going to have dinner that we had better go ahead and order it otherwise the show would be over before we received our meal, We order chicken sliders and blackened chicken pasta. Finally at 8:38 our correct drink order arrived, (it only took 43 minutes).
Keep in mind that the movie started at 8:00 and needless to say we had not been able to concentrate on it much, ( I will tell more about that shortly).
On your theatre seats are small tray tables which are really nice and under proper wait staff conditions should be large enough for the task but when the server brings you your meal but doesn't bother to clear away your appetizer dishes then it is not nearly enough room; we had to organize and stack our dinner dishes over top of our dirty appetizer dishes just to eat.
My wife and I ordered the same, Blackened chicken sliders, My daughter ordered the Blackened chicken pasta. All of the foods were cold when they arrived.
And now, The Movie; I had seen the previews and thought that I would like to see "American Assassin" and that is what we chose. In addition to the chaos of the total confusion and ineptness of the wait staff this theatre had an incredibly good stereo system and they think that it should be turned up as loud as they possibly can. Both my wife and I began getting a headache (literally) from how loud this was.
I do not even know if I liked the movie that was being played, I don't remember much about it. I do know that I will see it again in a proper setting ( My recliner) before I critique it.
All in all I have to say this was not a good experience and the saddest thing of it is that it has all of the ingredients to be hugely successful.
If you had to do one thing to improve this theatre my suggestion would be a new General Manager, they would be ultimately responsible for the conditions being what they are.
P.S. My total tab for the night, (movie and dinner for three) $111.00;
I have every right to express my disappointment.

First time there.. And I must say I enjoyed my self.. I ordered 2 of the $25 meals and a good pineapple crush and a Corona.. Our total came up to $70 dollars.. On this day,the staff was friendly and helpful.. However, they didn't bring the food out in the proper way.. We received our appetizers last and main course first.. And they forgot that,which we remind them.. I am a very patient and forgiving person so I understood.. It paid off in the end because I was given a drink on the house..lol My family and myself will return again..
