Had a great time at kanvas the food was awesome the service was definitely on point. I must say they have definitely upgraded their game with the Tv's,Food & Management. I will definitely be back.

I visited one time for a birthday party and found this to be a very small - but cozy venue. The drinks are over priced and the service is slow. Hookah choices were very limited. The DJ was weak - I would go again depending on the event though.

Went there a week ago on a Saturday, gorgeous crowd, young professionals, happy, vibrant. Awesome theme for the night. Buttt.. the service was ridiculously slow, bartenders were even slower, at time found our selves waiting 10-15 minutes at the bar for a BEER. My friend had a table with 1 bottle of titos and we didn't even have a bottle girl
To assist us, we were pouring our own drinks we couldn't get the hookah remade a guy from the table next to us went in the kitchen and remade our hookah twice and promised that we wouldn't be charged for it (he saved the day) awesome place. Terrible service, terrible management!

Me and some of my friends came to this place to drink and eat. We arrived around 11pm and sat down on the couches. Only being there for ten minutes we were told by the bouncer not the owner that we had to get up from the seats because the seats were reserved. There are two problems with this. 1. There were no reserved signs anywhere in the building and 2. There was no where else to sit. Me and my fiends decided to leave. This was horrible customer service, I definitely won't return and will inform all of my friends in Charlotte as well. If I could give zero stars I would.
