Everyone at the salon was very nice but that was probably the worst regular manicure I've ever gotten. The polish was clumpy, and she just poured acetone in the bottle. Because of this, the polish never dried properly. I took it off when I got home and did it myself. If I came back I definitely wouldn't do regular polish.

I will not be coming back to this place. The back room in which they do pedicures also serves as their kitchen and laundry room. So while I was getting my pedicure, I was watching the staff stand in front of me eating their dinner and other things. Literally, they're eating bowls of food and snacking on cheese and stuff, it was bizarre. They lounge on the pedicure chairs and play on their phones and make phone calls while I'm trying to relax and get a pedicure two chairs down. The girl sitting next to me was given two glasses of wine while I was there and I wasn't even offered a water. My technician was using tools that did not appear to be sanitary and I would not be surprised if the next victim was subject to the same tools without proper sanitation...unless you call rinsing the tools in the water that I had just had my feet in "sanitation." DO NOT COME HERE.

I started coming here after my favorite tech moved to this salon. It is clean and modern (no pun intended). They have a HUGE variety of gel colors. They recently remodeled to add more pedicure chairs.
Appointments are definitely recommended

I too was recommended this place by a coworker. I really wanted to love this place, but after coming twice I just don't think I will come back. I like the idea that they had an appointment only system Mon-Saturday. To me, this means you are guaranteed that time specifically with the technician of your choice and you should have a relaxing experience. Unfortunately I had a different experience. The first time I came in I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Angel was amazing at the pedicure and I would highly recommend her for any service. She was very nice and took her time on my toenails. I don't remember who did my gel manicure the first time, but she did an OK job. Five days into my gel manicure it started to turn a different color, I didn't mind and still came back for a second time. I made an appointment for Saturday at 11:30 for a regular manicure and toe polish change with Yen. When I arrived she was with another client and (I think the manager) started soaking my nails. The place started to fill up and they moved me over to a pedicure chair so yen could start on my toe polish change. Halfway through the toe polish change the manager came over and said "we have a problem we double booked... could we move you to another person" I was a little annoyed, but said yes. The woman who did my nails was super nice, she was younger and took her time. Unfortunately my nails have not held up and have formed bubbles. It has only been 4 days. When I was in the salon I also noticed (unfortunately when I was drying) that some of my nails were shaped badly. I looked up and they were so busy, I didn't want to bother with getting anything fixed. I will probably not return, but go somewhere else that I can relax and have a better experience.

My pedicure turned out great, however they have an issue with water temperature . The water that my feet were soaking in, was cool water. When I asked for more hot water, I was told that I had the hottest water available. The customer beside me also requested more hot water, and was told that they recently added two pedicure chairs and that has decreased the amount of hot water. I recommend buying a bigger water heater to accommodate the expansion. When having a pedicure the last thing you want is cool water. Besides the water temperature issue, this is a great place to go.
