My hair stylist was Aubrey, and she was phenomenal! The place was so cute and well worth the price. I purchased one of the hair products sold at a great price and it works wonders for me. I told Aubrey that I needed an easy low maintenance haircut and she delivered! I am 100% returning to this place!

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have to state the truth. I had a very bad experience getting my haircut and color. Many reviewers claim that the staff is friendly but the only friendly person was my stylist; everyone else ignored me. The stylists I've used lack experience cutting, styling and dying hair but they still charge a lot of money. The service is not worth the high prices. I can't stress enough about the lack of experience in the stylists! I will not return to the salon.

Been a long time customer of T. Reid and Company. Recently returned to Charlotte area after having moved away six years ago. Once returning to Charlotte the first I did was make an appointment with T. Reid and Company. Never was able to find another salon of the same professional yet friendly comfortable caliber that is provided by T. Reid and Company. Love the T. Reid team that provides the best service. The only time I receive compliments about my hair is when managed by T. Reid and Company.
