I've had a lot of work done on my teeth throughout childhood and my adult life. I've even dealt with some unpleasant dentists and staff. I'd grown to be pretty terrified of dentistry in general. I started reading up on sedation dentistry and that led to finding Dr. Bookout. While I still wish I never had to go to a dentist, I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair. To the point where I've never even needed the sedation I thought I'd need. His staff is very polite, and seem to always be smiling when I look their way. I've never felt a hint of judgement in that office. Dr. Bookout has chatted me up about music and t.v. shows which helps take the mind off the bad teeth he's going to fix. Other than the needles for the anesthetic I've never felt more than the vibrations from whatever drill bits he's using. I could keep going on but I think the bottom line of my review is this. Dentistry can be expensive and the level of care and courtesy this office provides should be a standard. If you feel insecure about your smile, Dr. Bookout and his lovely staff are capable of making you feel better about it with the least amount of pain possible.

Dr Bookout and his staff are awesome! My family and I have been patients over 15 years! They are like family to us!

I have been going to Dr. Bookout for the past 10 years and I can't say enough about him, his staff and their professionalism. The customer service I have received over the years has been over the top. What I love the best is that every time I come in for a dental visit I am always treated like one of the family. If you are looking for great dental care don't look any further - because this is the place for YOU! Trust me you won't be disappointed!

I have a great fear of the dentist that has kept me from going for an embarrassingly long time. It went from being a fear, to being embarrassed how my teeth where. From the start I felt at ease at Dr. Bookout's office. From the receptionist, to the dental assistants to Dr Bookout himself. Never once did I feel anxiety about going. In fact, I felt at ease. I went the sedation route. It wasn't cheap (as I fully expected), but it was well worth it. I had hours of work on my teeth done. I was awake for most of it, and remember a lot of it. It wasn't traumatic though. They made sure I was comfortable,; and when I mentioned I was getting a headache they went out of there way to help me.

I will go back to this office for as long as it is open; and I will recommend them to everyone!

I had two teeth that immediate attention and needed a new dentist for the first time in 30 years, as well as one that accepted Care Credit. I chose Dr. Bookout after reviewing his excellent website. In addition to his accepting Care Credit, he appeared to be one of the few dentists in the area offering sedation dentistry, which I was interested in. From the first call I was impressed by the service of his staff, as they worked me in quickly and answered all my questions. When I arrived, I felt at home in their bright, comfortable waiting room, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen by Dr. Bookout. Dr. Bookout was friendly, professional, and very competent with my initial exam, and clearly explained the options for treating my dental issues. I had to have two root canals and three crowns, and in my three follow-up visits, it was always with the same high level of care and effort to minimize my pain and anxiety. The work was completed without any problems, and the price was very fair. My teeth now look and feel great, and I love the natural look of the porcelain crowns. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Bookout as my new dentist, and cannot have imagined a more positive experience with dental work! Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Bookout.
