So slow. So frustrating. Even when I had an appointment I waited over an hour. Good enough service once you get past the waiting room, but this is ridiculous.

Echo the previous 'slow access'. Allocate yourself two hours for this place. It needed to be vacuumed too. Only six chairs in waiting room.

I have spent two days now trying to get an inhaler for my mother. They have told us multiple times that they sent it in the prescription to walmart but then when I checked with the pharmacy they hadn't received anything. Each time I have called back to the doctor's office, they have admitted that the previous person I spoke to was lying and nothing had been sent in yet. Still waiting for them to actually send it in.

FAST Access? LMAO. SLOW ACCESS. This is my primary care doctor, after 6 or so office visits and every single time being an hour wait the office is clearly the issue. Very nice staff but not in a hurry to do anything. So if you plan on coming in, block off 3 hours for your 15 min with the doctor.

I am always treated with care and respect. I have been coming here for over a year and my blood pressure and A1C is finally under control. I love all the people here and the office is always clean. I bring my whole family here, I trust them that much.
