As hospitals go, they are very thorough. Staff are well trained and take very good care of their customers.

Holy cow. I've only had one phone call from the place and it's making me nervous about my surgery. Some lady called with a very heavy accent (imagine Verizon or a credit card company). She didn't identify herself, was rude, and had never heard of my medication. Also, she called from a blocked number. I was suspicious of a scam, it was such an unprofessional phone call. I called back from a different number to make sure it WASN'T a scam, and got transferred to the same lady. A little professionalism goes a LONG way, as does telling your patients where you're calling from. Very sketchy.
