I have NEVER been so disappointed with church's has I have been today. The service was awful, I thought I was in a disco club everybody just about sung everything that came on that loud radio. The chicken taste like it was cook in 3 month old grease. When I told the cashier this her response was " so long as I get my check ". I will NEVER go back!!!!!

The last 3 x I've been there the chicken has been overcooked the greased needs to be changed. I walked out empty-handed and I love Church's very disappointed

Only Church's left in chattanooga since the one on Rossville closed. This one is ok with decent service. I usually go through drive-thru
