Rooms were clean. Located in a very accessible area. Full bar downstairs and Starbucks. Very nice staff. Would definately stay again.

Excess charges such as local phone calls and parking. Only free thing is coffee in room. Otherwise the hotel is excellent clean and friendly staff. Nice lounge, pool and hot tub. Had a deep sleep in a very comfortable bed and pillows.

Only thing I didn't like was the parking garage and walk to the hotel. Be a lot nicer to have valet or a walk way to hotel. Walking through a city bus stop was not always the best. Room was good walls quite, well assume so as no one complained about the noise we made

I have stayed at a few hotels in downtown Chattanooga. This one so far was the best. Room was clean. Offered a reduced price breakfast option that was nice. The location downtown was the best part. You are in walking distance of all of the best things to do downtown. Would stay here again.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The only reason for knocking a star off is that parking isn't free (the Marriott across the street has free parking) and the water never got cold! Lukewarm was the best I could get. I would stay again though. Very nice hotel.
