Service was very good, the food edible but not great. The dip for the French Dip was awful. The fresh rolls were served too hot to handle but tasted pretty good once they cooled a bit. Overall disappointing but the service was very nicely done.

It's a hit or miss place.. sometimes it is great and others the service is just off.. they hire a lot of inexperienced teenagers for their staff

Both of us ordered NY Strip steaks medium, hers was delivered medium rare and mine was well done. We had to ask twice for more butter and one of our sides came half way through dinner. It was not a good experience.

Absolute worst service of any restaurant I have ever eaten at... EVERY SINGLE TIME I have eaten there (which was only 3 times). Will not eat there again. The staff (management included) are too involved with each other to care about paying customers. They are rude over the phone when taking To Go orders, when you pick up said orders & when you dine in. Not one employee seems to care about their job (that would be lack of management). Our order is always wrong in some form. Tonight we had a To Go order & they told us it would be 20 minutes... it took an hour. We had a coupon. The manager did not "except" the coupon because he did not want to "bother" with it. They also did not have everything in our order. It's sad when you want to support the local establishments and the people that work at them, but can't due to their lack of actually working.

Loved this place, ate there while on vacation. Steak was great, well seasoned and grilled to perfection. Our waitress was AWESOME. She knew we were there from out of town so when we were leaving, she asked if we would like our drink refills in a to-go cup and gave us a big bag of the peanuts they have at each table. Now that's getting more than you paid for. Will go there again next time in Chattanooga.
