Should have read the reviews BEFORE ordering but was exhausted after working all day. Ordered delivery to our hotel downtown at 5:15pm on a Monday, with plans to go check out the river after eating. We waited until 5 minutes till 7 to call them and cancel the order and drive out ourselves STARVING to get something. By then it was too dark with not enough time to do what we had planned. Don't offer delivery if you CANT deliver. And if you know it's going to be THAT long, have the courtesy to tell people so they can make their own decision about waiting or not. So rude to have people sitting around waiting hungry in their hotels when they can be doing other things, because by the looks of your reviews that's just how you do things. Almost 2 hours!!! Really??? You won't be in business much longer. That's the rule of thumb for businesses with bad service. They all eventually go under at some point.

I have done business with them for awhile...ONLY BECAUSE THEY DELIVER!.... Sometimes the food is "GOOD" sometimes it's terrible!!! But they deliver....if it's terrible, don't expect them to do anything about it! The lady that owns the place has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR MANORS. But...they deliver....BUT be ready to wait at least an hour!... the worst thing about this place is the lady...she is SOOOOO RUDE!!!! I had a 5 star rating but after 6 months of disappointment and aggravation... I feel I'm being nice giving it three stars. The cream cheese wontons are great.... And that's about it

This is the worst food I've ever had. The shrimp in the shrimp fried rice wasn't nearly done! Teriyaki chicken, that cannot be chicken. That tastes like a meat I've never eaten!

One word!! horrible. This was the worst Chinese food my family ever had. The lady was rude. She was screaming. I can understand language was an issue, but she did not have to scream. They don't have even share delivery charges with driver. I tipped extra few bucks on top of $5 delivery charges to the driver. I wish I had checked Yelp or web site for review before ordering the food.
