Worst service ever. Waited over an hour and a half on my order only to find out it had been cancelled. I called a spoke with manager jimmy who informed me that his delivery guy has knocked on my door and called me which was a lie because I was sitting next to the door the whole night and on my phone (Facebook) the entire time to pass the time. I didn't receive a single knock on my door or a ring on my cell phone. I understand things get mixed up when delivering but please don't lie to save your own ass.....I wish I could give 0 stars the service is absolutely ridiculous.

I will not order from Papa John's again!
I have given this franchise 3 chances to make things right on delivery, but every time they forget something on my order.
I recently ordered from them for a third time, and they forgot my 2 liter drink.
This happens EVERY TIME!

I live closer to a Domino's, but I like Papa Johns pizza better.
However, Domino's has never forgotten anything on my order.

Hey Papa John's! YOU ARE A DELIVERY SERVICE! HOW DO YOU FORGET ITEMS YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DELIVER???
I wish I could give zero stars.
