I was happy they asked me about the upcharge on wanting white meat chicken. So I was happy to pay it. I waited for chicken to cook,cus they didn't have any mild breast ready. Well so far the first piece I grabbed of the spicy chicken was dark meat. Way better than KFC. Except the part that I said I don't like dark meat. Well half of my chicken was to be spicy chicken the other half mild chicken ( breast ) 10 piece 8 breast 2 wing's NO DARK MEAT. But to piss me off the first piece of chicken I put my hand on of what was to be spicy chicken was dark meat the second one was dark meat. I was happy when I left the store because I felt they understood how I felt about dark meat. I didn't care what it costs to get WHITE MEAT!!!! I am very disappointed. I will talk to them about this Wednesday. Because I know that they are closed now. People do make mistakes...

The staff is friendly and they keep the store immaculate. I am a regular customer.

Really wanted the butterfly shrimp, however, when I ordered it I was informed that it's no longer available so I ordered popcorn shrimp instead. I also wanted a cherry cheesecake pie but was informed that it would be 7 minutes to cook so I declined. Pulled up to window, paid with debit card. I was then asked to pull up to wait for the shrimp to finish cooking about 5 minutes. I really didn't have an option since I had already paid... Pulled forward to wait then they came out and said they were out of mac n cheese and did I want another side... Not a good experience today.
