AWFUL, HORRIBLE, customer service... My sister and I are visiting from L.A and went to this place of business. We saw that the reviews were bad, but thought lets give them a chance. We walk in and was never acknowledged, stood there for about 5 minutes then I asked if they where going to clean off a table in the corner, the response was in a minute. So we went and stood by the table for about 5 more minutes and just gave up and went down the street to the IHOP..

Horrible service, no matter what time or who is working. Everyone - from the cooks, to the waitress, even the manager I've spoken to, has an inflated ego and an attitude problem.
Eggs are undercooked, hash browns are mush on the bottom, orders are constantly wrong, and then argued over. I'm standing in front of you with bacon that is still pink and white - don't tell me that it's done.
Don't charge me extra for add ons, forget to add them, and then tell me it's there. 3 tiny slices of practically still raw mushrooms don't cost 40¢.

The girl that works on third, short chunky girl, is rude as all get out. Every time we go in there she has an attitude problem. Asking what our problem is.. well, it's you and your service. This person, wish I knew her name, had a really bad attitude problem, again. For someone that pays your salary, you should really learn how to talk to people because this person makes a bad rep for this particular waffle house in general... i usually drive out of my way to go to another waffle house just to avoid the situation. Had to talk to the police that sit outside just to get the situation resolved. When i find out your name, i will let it be known so you won't work as a server in any other company.

I work here and it's great. We do our best to give you a great eating experience! Take it from me though... Your entire experience depends on who is working. I know that me and three other girls are great and do the best we can to give you good service, but there are some here that do not care AT ALL and will die before giving good service. It's sad but the truth. Caleb will give wonderful service on second shift for sure! Also come see me at huddle house as well!
