Okay salon. The girl didn't really know how to do my specific cut, and admitted it. It came out okay, but not the way I wanted. Clean and customer service was nice.

The people at Spago are incredibly talented. I have worked with several of the hair and makeup artists for lots of different events and used them professionally for photo shoots for my business. They are always professional and so creative! Somehow they always execute my vision perfectly- whether it was for my wedding day, a television appearance or a 1920s photo shoot. Candace, the owner, works incredibly hard and it shows in her work and in the makeup artists that she has personally trained. Grace and Sandy are awesome and so much fun! As for hair, Brittany, Beck, Laura or any of the stylists are fantastic. Laith is THE guy to send your guys to. You really can't go wrong here. In addition, all of the aesthetic services are top notch. Anni or Jennifer are particularly great if you need a wax, facial or great pedicure! In short, go to Spago! They'll take great care of you and you'll have an awesome time while you're there.

I had my nails done here in July and thought to right the review now (in September) because my nails just returned to looking as good as they did before going to SpaGo.

The experience was great, very friendly, with a glass of wine. I had a shellac manicure, this was my 7th time getting shellac, first time here. Decent experience although they overcharged, it is $30 on their website but I was charged $35. (Maybe the wine was $5, which is fine. I was just surprised)

In 2 days the shellac started to chip off. After 3 days multiple nails were damaged. I never had shellac act like this. Having previously removed shellac the proper way with heat and solution and never having problems I chose to do so again. I spent twice as long as previous time removing shellac and my nails were destroyed. It really seems like something was drastically different with the product than what I loved at other places.

Between being overcharged and the bad product I couldn't bring myself to try it again to see if it was a fluke.
