Sp suites millenium park is really not the place you want to stay in chicago. Very not recommended. The only good thing about this place is its location. The rest is horrible.. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 dirty carpets, dusty place, broken window (it can not be closed so the wind from the outside can get into the room), broken microwave.. the worst place i’ve ever stayed. dont waste your money and your time.

Booked a room through Expedia. Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean and spacious. Everything worked fine including the fridge which I didn't use btw and there was also clean silverware, plates, and pans. Would recommend. Company is called loop suites

Elevators are in terrible condition. Sometimes one of them works

Forneli Tower is the only company in the building that has a 24 hour front desk person. However, this person doesn't have any control over the other companies in the building. If the Forneli people don't have your reservation then you're not staying in your room that night.

We got screwed because of a "clerical error" and the Forneli employee could do nothing for us. He basically said "I'm sorry" and "it's unfortunate" until we got Expedia to get us another hotel.

Also, his boss got an unecessary attitude when we called him to ask for help. Almost as if it we were in the wrong.

The worst part was that we called ahead to make sure we would be able to check in, and then we were turned away in the snow at 2:30 in the morning.

This place has one thing over several other dorms. Pure convenience. I worked across the street and when interviewing for internships and going to other collegiate events they were no more than a few blocks away. The price for the amount that they're asking for is ludacris! Everything appears to be glamorous but not so much once you're there. Read your contract carefully. There are twists in there so that you forfeit your security deposit as well. An option to consider if not into the traditional dorm setup while here you could possibly end up with your own room although sharing the actual apartment with other people. Also there's no meal plan.
