I have had a horrible experience at this office. I am sitting here as I type. Children had a physical but all shot records hadn't been faxed yet. After two weeks of giving me the run around, when I know they received them, they said they had one daughter and not the other. Been since 8 this morning, and i am here at 501 and they still have not filled out physical form. They just lie to be lazy. They are extremely unprofessional! Never, Ever go to this facility! Disregard the one star, I had to to review. Thumbs down!
