Love this hotel: every time I am in town I stay at least a couple of days here. Location is fantastic and the hotel has that kind of warm personality I simply love.

Rooms are clean and nicely decorated, and the staff is fun and helpful. The free coffee in the morning is surprisingly good.

We stayed at the Talbott hotel for a business Conference this is a great location to shops, restaurants,magnificent mile .The gentleman greeting us on arrival were so helpful and friendly.The staff really makes you feel welcome, Dwayne was so attentive and fun,thanks to everyone at this hotel.The rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay here in Chicago.

Very nice place to stay. Room is nothing special by itself, clean and well sized but staff is amazing. David the doorman in particular was incredibly helpful pointing out places to go and how to get there on our way out. Restaurant downstairs is recommended too, try the truffle macoroni and cheese! You will not regret it!

Convenient to the activities we were taking in. We loved the generously sized room with all the expected amenities and then some. We had both breakfast and dinner at 20 East and thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. In addition, we had a nighcap at the bar that we also enjoyed. The standout for us though was the people. Every single staff member we met seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with every facet of our stay.
