They would freeze your account on a consistent basis.
So you can be at a store buying groceries and your card is declined, when you know you have sufficient funds. Because the bank decided to freeze it without calling, texting or emailing you if it's you actually making the purchase. Even if the customer never consented to such thing to be done to their own account.
Horrible customer service.
Don't Bank with them! Period!! They will not return calls, give you the run around.

I called the bank to ask about depositing a third party check ,they said they normally do not accept them but they would in this case cause it was a small check and I was only looking to deposit it,,the following Monday I asked my wife to deposit the check and they would not accept it ,,after speaking to the branch manager the week before so I called back not only did the person put me on hold for 10 minutes SHE CALLED MY WIFE on her business line to say I was acting like a FOOL ,,,What kind of Institution especially a BANK get away with something like that,,I called to file a complaint and spoke to a gentleman named Roy Svenson claiming to be the VP of the bank stated my issues and now am waiting for a response from him its been 2 and 1/2 hours ....I will put up another review tomorrow pending the out come
