Great location with friendly staff. The building and HOA are well run, HOA fees are relatively good for the area and amenities.

The apartment location is great. But the management staff are scum bags. They recently came into my unit to place a water sensor in the HVAC while I was out. My desk is next to where the HVAC unit is and I could tell that things on my desk were knocked off. My speakers were placed upside down and my monitor doesn't even work now. I've contacted management and they have been ignoring my emails. They are unwilling to take responsibility for damaging my property.

Apartments have great layouts, staff is friendly, great location, the building is on the older side, pool isn't great
