#1 Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday can be packed and the parking lot will be only accepting monthly parking; #2 you can ask for a 3 hour parking validation ticket from the Chinatown restaurants, so you only have to pay 2 bucks for maximum 3 hours parking. #3 there are cameras so if you car got dinged or hit and no notes are left, don't hesitate to ask them for the video record

This place is a great parking option if you're in Chinatown; metered street parking is ~$2/hr & here, it's ~$3 for 3 hours of validated parking. Steal! This is also a nice big parking lot & it's never been full the many times I've visited.

I park here every time I visit Chinatown. The lot is usually staffed and the attendant has always been friendly. It can be busy on weekends but I can usually find a spot.
The rate is only $2 for a couple hours if you get your ticket validated, most nearby restaurants will.
