I loved coming here a couple years back with my boyfriend, took wedding pictures here with my now husband and next year I plan to bring our son here next summer!
I am so in love with this park!

The CPD (ChiParkDisct) has a gem in this park. Gorgeous walk, views and just overall beauty. Nice job

Nice place to walk, observe birds in marshy are. Embraces art displays. A lot of telescopes used to look at stars brought by individuals annd groups for night time viewing. Wheelchair accessible. No bathrooms, but there are bathrooms just across the southern border at McGuane Park

Went today with a group of four senior citizens and found the wildflowers and prairie grasses incredibly beautiful and restful in the middle of the city. View on this clear day was exceptional in all directions. We inquired about picnic tables and were told that gang gatherings at the picnic tables caused the Park District to remove them. There are restrooms and benches in the adjoining McGuane Park.
