I come here all the time and enjoy this location. Not today however, The new cashier ALEXIS was very rude and condescending when taking my order. She didnt know how to ring up the order and took a long time repeating questions I already answered about my order. I remained patience , but she appeared to be frustrated that she didnt know what she was doing and decided to take it out on the customer. She doesnt have good customer service skills .

I live in the area and ordered breakfast and an item in my order was incorrect. I stopped by on my way out to do errands and ordered lunch.& Gaby went above & beyond and rectified the situation. Her customer service skills were excellent and because if her, Panera did not loose a customer. I am happy!

I called in an order the night before and it was all ready for me the next morning. I love Panera bread.

Great service and warm atmosphere. Love the fireplace there. Warm vibe and very casual place to have a midday snack.
