Brunch is very authentic northern Chinese food! Tofu pudding is great if you get the salty one. 😘along with home made fried dough, pan fried onion cake, smoke pork cake.

I came here for a quick bite. Also It was the only place in the city that had jianbing on the menu. I find that strange in Chicago but it might be the only one mentioned in the Chinese name on yelp.
The jianbing was fine, I didn't think it was too traditional. It definitely needed some spice to it. I also didn't think it needed as much of the fried pieces, the ones that I have had before had crispy pancakes. This was just an egg converted pancake. Definitely different and not really in a good way.
Service is quick though and they got me in and out of the restaurant pretty quickly.

It was memorable. Came here for my friends birthday we had a blast. She just turned 21 and ordered a beer! Can you believe it? She knew it was cliche but some things are cliche for a reason. HBD Hals. Oh and the beer never came so not that much of a cliche.

I enjoy eating here. The potstickers are very good, I always want to make a whole meal out of them. The garlic string beans are another top choice. The staff are a bit inattentive, so don't be in a rush to get served or leave.

Amazing Chinese food in a quiet restaurant setting. The dumplings are all delicious and very reasonably priced. I typically go with a few friends and we order a bunch of plates to split. You can get a great amount of food here for a very low cost ($10-15 a person). It's BYOB as well.
