I unfortunately had a terrible experience here. I was scheduled for a no chip manicure but there were only about 15 colors to choose from, mostly nudes. As the woman started, she was very nice except it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing. She apologized multiple times during the appointment and said she would do the best she could, which was extremely concerning - this was all said as she kept referring to a set of directions on how to do a manicure. Upon completion, I noticed that the color was not even, there was polish dripping all over my cuticles and hanging off the edge of my nail. Less than 12 hours later, my first nail chipped and then less than 24 hours later, two more chipped. I called to schedule an appointment to get it fixed but they were closed so I left a message - I never heard back. Although everyone was extremely welcoming the day of my manicure, I will never be back for another appointment. It was definitely a waste of $45+tip.

Marqueta was so fantastic, I've never been so happy with my hair cut! She was very nice and professional, and she really listened to my hair cut requests.

I purchased a Groupon for a haircut. Jane was my hair stylist. She is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She started the haircut 15 minutes late. Once she started, she wouldn't stop berating me for my thin hair (and continued to do so for the entirety of the forty-five minute haircut). Jane insisted I need to take a hormone panel and that I'm not "allowed" to use hair ties anymore, as they put too much stress on my hair. Further, Jane cut my hair too short (shorter than she told me she was going to cut it), justifying herself by saying that my hair is too fine to handle the weight of the length I wanted. Also, Jane was racist - two employees were speaking Russian to each other. She whispered to me, "Ugh, I am so sick of them speaking Russian. They need to speak English." I was mortified. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

I highly recommend Vikki for highlights/lowlights. She does a great cut too, but her color is outstanding. I'm so glad a friend recommended her.
