The quality of the hair is terrible.. My sister has ben waiting on hair for over 20 days because her hair has come out in hand fulls. smh at the hair club.. What's the point of having ur hair if it looks worst than it did before She had the hair.. You all need to get my sisters hair in and refund her for her humiliation..

The staff is very hospital and prompt. The haircuts/treatments are relaxing, and I tend to find myself falling asleep as the environment is as comfortable as a massage chair.

My HCM experience is always a pleasant with their consistancy of highly trained professional stuffing. I always get my scheduled appointments in a timely matter. The staff are all outgoing and energetic indiviuals that treat their clients like family. We engage in conversation of topics like work, families, entertainment, and world news. Definitely a positive enviorment.
