Went in for my scheduled appointment at 3:30 n my stylist was over 15 minutes late. I let her know what color I wanted n she started on my hair but she left my hair looking orange n nothing close to what I asked for even charged me extra. Worst hair experience of my life.

This was my first visit and first main/pedi. The service was excellent! They were friendly and the spa itself is beautiful!
