Unreal and so unprofessional! I went for my second hair removal treatment that has already been paid for, and they are completely gone! The valet guy told me they emptied everything out overnight one day, and they have customers coming in for their appointments as far as 3 hours away, only to find out that they are now permanently closed. If you happen to talk to anyone please post it on here so I can also get my money back.

I have been a customer for 2-3 years for laser hair removal. Today I showed up for my appointment and the salon was permanently closed. No cancellation call or notice. I have paid for 6 laser treatments in advance and only received one treatment so far. I then called my aesthetician Tonya, who has been nothing but wonderful to work with. She said she was not given any notice that the salon has closed down either! She showed up to work last week and the spa was shutdown. She is due her last two paychecks.

The owners need to make this right immediately. Completely unprofessional.

Heard on the voicemail when I called in to confirm my appointment at the end of the month that this spa is now permanently closed. I have paid for laser treatments in full and still have 4 more remaining. You jave my number in your system so please call me seeing as I am seeking reimbursement.
